Terms & Conditions

  • Products which are available on "the Organic Coorg" are Manufactured/Processed/Packed organically. So there may be a considerable change in Taste/Color/smell/thickness of the product compared to the alternatives which are available in the market.

  • Prices may vary timely due to availability of products.

  • Delay expected in processing/Shipping of order because we "the Organic Coorg" never pack and keep/preserve the products. Every product is processed/packed after receiving the order.

  • Products once shipped cannot be cancelled in transit.

  • We accept return only if the product is damaged or the customer received a different product than ordered.

  • Customers need to provide all required proofs if the product(s) is damaged in transit.

  • Refund if any may take  7 days to reflect in your bank account or preferred wallet/destination.
